We only look at opportunities that come in the form of a warm introduction - from time to time we will reach out to a company we think is promising.  

We’re led by a solo-GP, and our LP base is composed of high-net worth Canadians.

Our first fund closed in May 2018 - we are not currently seeking outside capital.
